Abstract
This study includes the determination of total viable count (VC),and microbial sensor of pollution, Total coliform(TC),feacal coliform(FC) Escherichia coli(EC). And Pseudomonas in and In addition to determination of Salmonella-Shigella, river water, soil and irrigating growing plants from the river water sush as (Petrosetinum sativum,Lactuca sativa, Lycopersicum esculeutum, Salanum melongia). In addition to measurements of temperature air, water, and soil. This study showed that rise in levels of the microbial pollution indicators in water is related to the increase in temperature.And the results of microbial pollution
indicators in irrangated plants. The order of According to total coliform count were as following: -Petrosetinum sativum Lactuca sativa >Lycopersicum esculeutum >Salanum melongia While the order According to Salmonella- Shigella count:. Petrosetinum sativum Lycopersicum esculeutum> Lactuca sativa> Salanum melongia.
