Abstract
The study was conducted during the spring periods of the years 1999 and 2000
in Mitidja area (Algeria) on reared and wild honey bees to come up with an
inventory of these insects and to study their role as pollinators of plants.
Consequently, their impact on production, amelioration and plants protection was
evaluated. .
