Some biometric characteristics of Longsnout Grenadier Trachyrincus trachyrincus a deep-sea fish species from the northern Aegean Sea.

Abstract
Length-weight, body length-otolith length, otolith length-width relationships of a deep-sea fish species, Trachyrincus trachyrincus sampled in the northern Aegean Sea in 2001 and 2002 were investigated. Sex ratios and gonad maturation stages of the samples were also noted. Specimens of this species are rarely caught since they inhabit deep waters.
