1. The Scientific researches must be original, published or under publishing in a scientific refereed journal or proceeding.
2. Researches must be available to three languages Arabic, English and French.
3. The complete research or its abstract must be sent with:
   • The title of the research.
   • The conference or Congress in which the research is presented.
   • The name and number of the journal in which the research is published, and the number of its issue.
   • Publishing year, and the pages.
4. The researcher is responsible for the sent researches or its abstracts. The scientific numbers and results are his responsibility too. We will make no step or changing.
5. A Curriculum -Vita of the researcher must be sent:
   • Name, Address, Phone, Fax, E-mail
   • The scientific degrees.
   • The present job.
   • The most important scientific activities.
   • The published or under publishing researches with naming the conference or symposium in which the research is presented.
6. An official colored personal photograph with resolution 300 PX.
7. A free E-mail on the site will be given to each researcher shares in the site.
8. The researches can be submitted to arabscientist website by E-mail or postbox.
9. If the research work is conducted by more than one researcher, please give the addresses of all other participants.
10. The researcher can send a set of scientific photos, which enrich the research. It will be added to the photo-guide. It must be referred to:
    Year of photography, The scientific source of the photo, The researcher head office or institution.
11. Annual subscription fee of 25 Euro or equivalent.
